Imagine witnessing a drive-by shooting unfold right before your eyes. In a shocking incident that left three men injured, a manhunt is now underway following a brazen attack in Huddersfield.

Just after 3 PM yesterday, panic erupted on Bulay Road as West Yorkshire Police received emergency reports of gunfire. Officers arrived swiftly, only to find three men wounded, prompting immediate medical assistance.

Eyewitnesses described the terrifying moment when a masked shooter fired from a moving vehicle. “I was walking up Bulay Road when I saw a black car. The driver rolled down the window,” one witness recounted to Yorkshire Live, visibly shaken. “Then, three shots echoed through the air before the car sped away. The driver was wearing a full balaclava.”

Authorities have confirmed that the victims were quickly transported to the hospital for treatment as officers continue to comb the area for evidence and reassurance to the community. West Yorkshire Police issued a statement declaring their ongoing investigation. “Police were called to Bulay Road at 3:02 PM following reports of a firearm being discharged. The suspects fled the scene in a vehicle,” they reported.

In a further appeal for community assistance, police requested anyone who witnessed the incident or has video footage to come forward. “If you saw anything or have information, please reach out to Kirklees Police at 999, referring to police log 1114 of July 22,” they urged. Additionally, tips can also be submitted anonymously through the independent charity Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111.

The Yorkshire Ambulance Service confirmed that multiple ambulance resources were mobilized to respond to this alarming situation on Bulay Road.
