Perfection Fresh, Australia's second-largest vegetable supplier, is also in the hot seat, with their spokesperson confirming that they’re cooperating with the ACCC to resolve this matter. However, they’ve chosen to withhold further comments since the case is now before the courts.

The ACCC's chair, Gina Cass-Gottlieb, emphasized the importance of competition in fresh food pricing, stating that such cartel behavior can lead to inflated prices for consumers. Can you imagine?
